Responsible Use
Use the website only for lawful purposes and with appropriate permission to modify uploaded images.
Respect for Ownership
Respect copyrights, licenses, and the intellectual property rights of others.
Service Conditions
Understand the nature and limitations of online image editing tools before using them.
01. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern access to and use of the Remove Watermark Lab website, its online tools, content, and related services. Please review them before using the website. By choosing to use the services, you indicate your acceptance of these Terms to the extent that such acceptance is recognized under applicable law. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the website and its tools.
Use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy , which separately explains relevant personal-data practices. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
02. Description of Services
Remove Watermark Lab provides an online watermark removal tool, browser-based image editing functionality, website information and guidance, educational articles and resources, and contact options for questions or inquiries.
Available functions are limited to those currently displayed and operational on the website. References to possible or planned functionality do not constitute a promise that a feature will launch, remain available, or have any particular specification.
03. Eligibility to Use the Website
You may use the website only in a manner permitted by the laws and regulations that apply to you. If you use the website for or on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization in connection with such use.
04. Acceptable Use
You must use Remove Watermark Lab lawfully and responsibly. You must not knowingly:
- Access restricted systems, data, or areas of the website without authorization.
- Circumvent security controls or interfere with the website's ordinary operation.
- Introduce malicious code or attempt to overload, disrupt, damage, or disable the service.
- Use the service to facilitate unlawful activity or violate another person's rights.
- Misrepresent your ownership of, authority over, or permission to use uploaded material.
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights.
- Abuse processing resources or use automated methods in a way that materially compromises service availability for others.
These restrictions are intended to be reasonable and proportionate to protecting users, rights holders, and the service.
05. Watermark Removal and Copyright Responsibilities
Watermarks may communicate copyright ownership, licensing restrictions, attribution, authenticity, or other rights information. You are solely responsible for determining whether you have the rights, permissions, licenses, or other lawful authority needed to upload, edit, remove a mark from, download, and use an image.
Removing a watermark does not transfer ownership of an image, create a license, expand an existing license, or authorize republication. Copyright law and laws restricting removal or alteration of copyright-management information may apply. Requirements differ by jurisdiction and context, so you should obtain authorization or legal advice where appropriate.
Potentially permitted uses
Depending on applicable law and the permissions involved, legitimate uses may include:
- Editing images or photographs you created and own.
- Modifying licensed images when the applicable license permits the modification.
- Removing a mark with permission from the relevant rights holder.
- Updating organization-owned creative assets when you have appropriate authority.
These examples are not a determination that a particular use is lawful. You must not knowingly use the website to infringe another person's rights, remove attribution to conceal ownership, or misrepresent another person's work as your own.
06. User-Submitted Content and Uploaded Images
You retain whatever rights you already hold in your own content. You are responsible for uploaded material and must have the rights and permissions required to submit and process it. Uploaded images may contain personal information, confidential material, or third-party intellectual property, and you should consider those interests before uploading.
Remove Watermark Lab does not acquire ownership of your images merely because you use the service, and the website does not grant you ownership of third-party material. Relevant data handling is addressed in the Privacy Policy.
07. Image Processing and Results
Results may vary according to image resolution, composition, watermark placement, surrounding detail, and overall complexity. Processing may introduce visual artifacts, alter nearby details, or reduce perceived quality. Some marks or obscured image details may not be removable or recoverable.
You should inspect every result before publishing, distributing, printing, or relying on it. Remove Watermark Lab does not promise perfect restoration, pixel-perfect reconstruction, uninterrupted processing, compatibility with every image, or a particular level of success.
08. Free, Pro, and Custom Offerings
Free
The existing homepage watermark removal tool is currently the Free option. Its functionality and limits depend on the service actually implemented and available at the time of use.
Planned Pro
Pro is a planned offering that may include advanced image-editing capabilities. It is not described here as an active subscription, and no price, billing cycle, renewal, cancellation, or refund term is established.
Custom
Visitors may inquire about tailored workflows and business requirements. Availability, scope, deliverables, and commercial terms must be agreed separately. An inquiry alone does not create a paid service agreement.
See the Pricing page for current public information. If paid plans launch, these Terms must be updated to reflect the actual payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund conditions.
09. Intellectual Property Rights
The website may contain protected branding, logos, original written content, design elements, software interfaces, graphics, and proprietary functionality owned by or licensed to the applicable rights holders. Accessing the website does not transfer ownership of those materials or grant permission to reproduce, sell, modify, or exploit them beyond what applicable law or an express authorization permits.
Website intellectual property is distinct from user-uploaded images and third-party materials. Each remains subject to the rights and permissions applicable to it.
10. Copyright Complaints
A copyright owner or authorized representative may report alleged infringement by emailing support@removewatermarklab.com. A useful report should include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- A description or URL identifying the allegedly infringing material.
- An explanation of the claimed infringement and relevant context.
- Your contact information and, where appropriate, evidence of ownership or authorization.
Reports may be assessed according to the information provided and applicable law. This general support address is not represented as a formally designated DMCA agent, and no fixed response or removal period is promised.
11. User Accounts and Security
These Terms do not assume that user accounts currently exist. If account-based functions are introduced, additional terms may require users to provide accurate information, protect credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Any future account controls, security procedures, or enforcement arrangements must be described according to the functionality actually implemented.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may link to external resources or rely on external providers where applicable. Third parties may apply their own terms, privacy policies, licenses, and technical conditions. External content is not necessarily operated or controlled by Remove Watermark Lab. You should review the relevant third-party conditions before using an external service or relying on its content.
13. Service Availability and Modifications
Website functionality may evolve through feature updates, maintenance, interface changes, temporary interruptions, or discontinuation of particular functions. No uninterrupted-availability or uptime commitment is made. Changes will be managed reasonably and subject to applicable law, including any mandatory consumer protections.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its services may be provided on an “as available” basis. Remove Watermark Lab does not guarantee that the service will meet every user's requirements, operate without interruption or error, remain compatible with every device or image, or produce a particular editing result.
You are responsible for reviewing downloaded files, preserving appropriate originals or backups, and deciding whether a result is suitable for its intended use. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for losses associated with service interruptions, editing inaccuracies, loss or corruption of data, user misuse, or third-party conduct will be assessed subject to applicable legal standards and any non-waivable rights.
These Terms do not establish a monetary liability cap, exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limit mandatory consumer remedies. Users remain responsible for lawful use of edited material and for maintaining copies of important source files.
16. Indemnification
Subject to applicable law, a user may be responsible for reasonable, documented losses arising directly from that user's unlawful conduct, knowing infringement of third-party rights, or material violation of these Terms. This provision is not intended to impose responsibility for matters outside the user's control or create obligations prohibited by consumer-protection law.
17. Suspension or Restriction of Access
Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address suspected abuse, material security threats, illegal activity, repeated violations, or conduct that threatens service availability. Any action should be proportionate to the issue and consistent with applicable law. These Terms do not claim that automated enforcement or account-suspension systems currently exist.
18. Privacy and Data Protection
Information about relevant personal-data handling is provided separately in the Privacy Policy . These Terms do not claim that uploaded images are never stored, are always deleted automatically, or are processed in a particular location. Those matters must reflect the verified technical and operational practices.
19. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be revised to reflect changes in website functionality, legal requirements, business operations, or service offerings. The latest version will be made available on this page with its displayed revision date. No unconfirmed email notification process is promised.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
21. Severability and Entire Agreement
Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it should be interpreted or limited only to the extent necessary under applicable law, while the remaining provisions continue to operate where legally possible.
Relationship with other agreements
These Terms apply to general use of the website and should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and any other terms expressly applicable to a particular service. Custom services may be governed by a separate written agreement addressing their scope and commercial terms. These Terms do not override non-waivable rights or a separately executed agreement where that agreement properly controls.
